Regarding the names, apart from the Elektor TV Games Computer & Nintendo Switch 2, the other 3 are all fantasy consoles. In other words, homebrew projects without a dedicated development company like a Sony or Nintendo attached to them, so this is how they are generally referred to online and also on the RetroAchievements site. If you want to change the platform name, though, you can edit the platform's name within LaunchBox if you'd like to add some additional information to it. 1 Quote
