NAS Sync issue with vpn

Hi, I've been trying the new NAS feature on launchbox android and found an issue where if you try to add a folder within your VPN launchbox won't see the shared drive because wherever is on a local network the drive is discoverable but because of the limitations of a VPN the drive become undiscoverable. So I ask that please see this issue, the VPNs I use are tailscale and zero tier one I'm on Android 15 although the app can see the server and can access

Have similar problem, when using vpn cant find shares. And shares can be used on android with vpn because I use  them in file manager. Mabye use webdav? Or ability to manual input shares details? Or both, with webdav I do not have to use vpn.

New discovery: the issue is present only when trying to add a network drive for a new platform, but when the platform is already added it can download ROMs

So the problem seems limited to the initial addition of a network drive via VPN. Once the platform is configured, ROM downloads work normally, suggesting that SMB/VPN access is functional after the first link. It would be helpful if the LaunchBox team could investigate why initial detection fails under VPN, even when the server is visible.
