This is RetroRoots, a modern BigBox Theme for 16x9 monitors.

Check out the youtube video.

I hope you like and enjoy this theme.

  • Custom modern icon set.
  • All monotone colored logo's, redrawn by hand by myself.
  • Custom feel to the system category menu with a alternate design & video's
  • Clean layout, works well on modern style / scandinavian style cabinets

Be aware: This is an Beta release, not everything is included, nor polished.
The theme is ready to rock, but no game detail and extra options.

This is honestly my favorite theme so far! Is there any way to make the "trailers" or "gameplay" that is shown as just a regular video and not it be in the design you made? I hope that makes sense. Thank you!

I agree, I love this theme! My only criticism would be the game previews which are obscured by the vertical lines/graphics art. It would be nice to have it fully visible. Maybe just a box with some rounded corners instead? Thanks for all the hard work!

Yeah I agree. It's been a while and I'll redo that overlay, I have an idea that will keep the look and feel but obscure less of the video.
