Preview using tweaked VisioN Theme from @faeran:

 

It switches from static images to platform/playlist Videos.

VisioN Custom theme attached including fanarts and banners per system/collection so side images shows correctly.

Edited view is PlatformWheel1FiltersView

@faeran told me it was ok to share when ready so I'll create a theme zip attached here later today. I don't think it deserve a dedicated theme as it is only a custom view and platform images
