    If you're still interested, please read the first few posts of this topic. That should give you all the information you need in order to get started. Let me know if you have any questions, and thank you very much!

    I am interested, indeed. I will get back to you in case of doubt :)

    Excellent theme! If I may ask, is there a way to disable the "fade-out" to the background videos in the platform wheel? I'd like to always have the platform videos start immediately without a background fading out. Thanks!

    Hi @akera099!

    We will distribute the community theme creator files soon, so that you can change it to your will.

    Those two codes are a little too dark, but close enough thanks, ill have a look for a program though to find them. Why cant it be simple and just be "light blue" and "dark red" :)

    Hi @neil9000,

    If you have Photoshop, you can download the source file of the videos here:

    Those zips include the psd and you can get the colour directly from the background layer (I can speak for the ZX spectrum as I was the one that created it).

    I hope this helps...

    @Djronz - I resumed work on this project a few weeks ago. The project expanded into a complete Launchbox Amstrad CPC setup with extended metadata, game videos, game title & gameplay screenshots, manuals, tape/disc scans and of course front, expanded and 3D box art. It is based on the latest Gamebase CPC collection which has been imported into Launchbox with the help of @JoeViking245, which is around 3300 games. The box art is a combination of single cassette cases, double cassette cases, disk cases and cardboard boxes ("big box" art). Everything has been done; I've just got the 3D boxes to finish working through. @CMOSS, don't know if you were still interested in this.

    I can help out a little, yes.

    Relieved to realize that I'm not the only one with this freezing problem.

    Apart from that, I have long sought to resolve the problem by going to the side of the refresh rate. (Being going from a 60hz screen to 144 I was convinced that it could come from there)

    despite several fresh reinstallation, and starting from zero, the problem reappears at one time or another and indeed the only solution is the windows key ...

    Since 11.11 it is worse the sound intermixes and this mixture to form a mega shift and in the end an unrecoverable freeze,

    I went back to 11.9 while waiting  :  /

    Are you using the latest build of the Theme Creator (1.0.8.99)?

    Is there a way to have the background videos play without the washed out filter?  The videos currently appear very "white" and I would love to have them play as original.

    Thanks

    Hi! If you mean the scanlines on the Arcade monitor, then yes. Go to your launchbox/themes/Coinops installation, open the Media/Cabinet folder, and rename (to anything different) the images that start with scanlines.

    Thank you ! I will test that.

    Edit : It works, thank you very much.

    How did you fix ?

    There was a conflict with a component used in the themes created with the theme creator. @y2guru fixed it and released a new version yesterday. The only thing I did was to re-publish the theme.

    Move it to the left (as in the picture). It is simple curiosity. Thank you.

    Look for this in the view you would like to change (the one of your screenshot is Wheel3GamesView.xaml) and play with the values in the Source property (if you decrease the 2376 it will move the wheel to the left).

    <TextBlock x:Name="Prop_Wheel_X" Visibility="Collapsed">
                        <TextBlock.Text>
                            <MultiBinding Converter="{StaticResource ScalePropertyValue}">
                                <Binding Path="." Source="X;2376;3072"/>
                                <Binding Path="ActualWidth" ElementName="Canvas"/>
                            </MultiBinding>
                        </TextBlock.Text>
                    </TextBlock>

    Wheel4GamesView.xaml

    Replace the document in your launchbox/themes/coinops redux/views folder for this one.

    If you want to make it bigger or smaller, just open the file in a text editor and play with the value of the ItemZPosition parameter

    <coverFlow:FlowControl x:Name="FlowControl" Grid.Row="0" Grid.Column="0" HorizontalAlignment="Stretch" VerticalAlignment="Stretch" CoverFactory="{Binding CoverFactory}"
                        Opacity="1.0" ImageType="Clear Logo" CurveAmount="-3.5" VisibleCount="16" PageSize="6"
                        CameraZPosition="3" ItemZPosition="1.3" SelectedItemZPosition="1.5" Spacing="1" RotationAmount="2"  RenderTransformOrigin=".5,.5" >

    Waiting for the new version. You could make the wheel logos a bit bigger. It is too separate from the game box. I suppose you do it to leave more space for the fanart but I think that area looks too empty. Thanks.

    Send me please a screenshot of the view where you want the wheel bigger. I will arrange something for you.
