  1. It would also be a lot of help to not only jump to the first letter, but like in Windows Explorer, hitting HU takes you straight away to that letter combination. If you have f.ex 200 games with letter S, typing S takes you to the first game starting with S and you’ll need to scroll a lot. If I wanna edit a game starting with SP it would be very helpful to reach it by just typing in both letters SP.

I believe you are also out of luck if all your files are CHDs. I’m not aware of any DATs that support that format. I keep all of my set in a compatible format and keep a copy in CHD for games I’m actively playing for this reason.

You can always temporarily change your extension to the needed format with f.ex. Advanced Renamer and change it back afterwards. If you don’t run in some checksum errors?

Nice! We have German covered well, but our French translation hasn't been updated since March. So if you wanted to update that, that would be much appreciated. You can check out this thread for details on how it all works:

Ok, I will have a look at it but I’m still on holiday until the 17th of August.

  4. Open RetroArch quick menu, go to disc control, eject disc, load the new disc and resume.
I highly recommend you to use m3u files for multiple disc games, then in disc control you can chose the new disc from the current disc index, which is a lot faster.

  5. I will do, thanks, but I’m on holiday at the moment for still almost 4 weeks.
Btw if I change the path manually per game it works fine and also the path stays that way even if I change the whole ROM path.

  6. I changed ROM path for PS2 games, and I chose Games/Sony Playstation 2/Game.cso which is the correct ROM path.

After pressing OK the whole ROM path changed to Games/Sony Playstation 2/..\Launchbox\Games\Sony Playstation 2\Game.cso which is obviously wrong.

Impossible to change again now, always reverting to that path. Why does it do that?

  7. Ok, so I found a workaround, maybe an idea to implement in a further release.

Just create a dummy folder in your games folder, I created f.ex. a temp folder in Sony Playstation 2, move the games you want to export into that temp folder, now export to Android. As LB does now not find your games within the main Sony Playstation 2 folder, it will only export Data and Images. After export is finished, move your games back to the main Sony Playstation 2 folder. After that manually copy your Data and Images folder to your SD card.

  8. I sometimes transfer the games straight away to the SD card, so I would like an option to export images only.

LB wipes the whole export folder on each export, meaning if I want f.ex. to export 300GB of PS2 images, it also always exports the games, which then takes an eternity instead of 30 seconds. I didn't find such option, don't know if one is existing?

  9. I run Wii games in Dolphin (MMJR) and use the savestates inside Dolphin. Now I tried loading the same game from within LB, choosing  the MMJR version of Dolphin as default emulator and to start there is already a big yellow line at the bottom of the screen, the sound is a bit distorted and when I try to load my game via the savestates menu it doesn’t even show up, like no save. If I launch the game straight away from the Dolphin emulator everything is just fine.

  10. For .pkg files, they have to be installed first in RPCS3, after that you have to import the EBOOT.BIN

For disc games just import the EBOOT.BIN

There was an application that allowed you to import all games, cannot remember, perhaps check the download section.

Otherwise what you can do, search for EBOOT.BIN in your PS3 folder, select all, drag & drop them into LaunchBox. On the last import screen where it shows all the games that it will import you would have to rename all the EBOOT files though, as LB will not recognize which EBOOT belongs to which game.
