  1. I have it all working wonderfully, however I have scanlines = 1 in FSUAE-Launcher, and launching a title that way works as expected. Launching a tile via Launchbox, and pointing to fsuae-launcher.exe as the emulator loads the game, but scanlines is not enabled. It is like the custom config within FSUAE-Launcher is being skipped over. any advice?
  2. I ended up changing the default.cfg file/s (there are a few for doom, depending on the sound card chosen at startup, and they always overwrite the default.cfg in the games folder if launching within ExoDOS menu). change the key mapping values and boom, all is working.
  3. As per the subject. Some games work much better with cursor keys and left ctrl (for example), if no mouse is required. I am using the amazing ExoDOS project. Doom is a nuisance because the space bar cannot be tapped with the thumb when trying to open doors 'in a hurry', How would I configure Doom, Doom 2, quake etc to use the classic Mouse and WASD. Many thanks for any guidance offered.
  4. Jason, will there be a Ver 3.0 option for pointing to .doc, .txt etc files ? (handy for reading hints or password codes if provided), this would be an option similar to 'configure commands' which already exists. you could Open & read / you can take a screenshot on your mobile phone for example if needed when the game is running. Perhaps left click once on the game selected and be presented with a choice of 'Run' (pre selected, so a speedy double click would be useful there)', 'Configure', 'Info' ? Configure / Info only appears if they are set up.
  5. Many thanks for this. It will save me having to constantly edit my own multiple batch files (1 per page that lists the games with a number ref eg 01 = doom, 02 = quake etc.), and 1 per game that is launched by a 'number'.bat file as listed on the menu page. Hopefully the new version comes along sometime 2021, and as far as easter eggs goes... no one seems to have mentioned them. perhaps time to share?
  6. Blue msx core within retroarch works just fine but I would like to add a custom command line option n launchbox that can be enabled/ disabled per game to switch between msx revision... if possible. I tried but many errors or defaults to msx1 results later I thought I would ask here.
  7. is there a way to amend or add a command line switch per game for an msx title to tell it to use msx2 emulation instead, but still appear as an msx title? For comparison between old and new colour palettes in games like nemesis.

I posted in the wrong launchbox thread. My bad. It should have gone to the Colpipes one instead. My bad. Sorry for confusion.

Having read about your intention to release a Win3x collection - I cannot wait. Before that happens, I want to say a huge thanks for the incredible Dos collection I now have because of you and any/all collaborators. I have a bare metal Dos and windows 98se Setup (with CRT, Roland SoundCanvas etc), but this is a great way of wading through the huge amount of titles so I can cherry pick and copy to the PII. It also doesn't hurt to have the laptop connected to the 55" telly while I am doing that. This is a gift that will keep on giving for years to come.
