  1. That all sounds correct. Have a look at your launchbox debug log file. If it mentions Penimc then that's definitely the issue. Wacom is just one thing that might install the pen driver. Have a look in device manager for any tablet/touchscreen/pen related devices.
  2. Unfortunately it might (but give it a try since i'm not 100% sure). I really have no idea why the plugin would conflict with the windows pen driver, but it's on my list of things to figure out.
  3. Glad to hear it's working. Rotating through different media types is a good idea. I'll consider adding it if I have time.
  4. @mrbrightside80 Could you do me a favor and try replacing ThirdScreen.dll with the attached version and let me know if it makes a difference? ThirdScreen.dll
  5. @artiss From your log it is definitely the windows pen driver conflict that I mention in the troubleshooting section. Try going to windows->services and see if you have Wacom installed. If it listed there, then right click it and choose properties. Hit the Stop button to stop the service and then also change the startup type to Disabled.

  8. I actually have the rotation slow down a bit when showing the front and back for that reason. Anything more than that you can view the 3d model in the main launchbox window.
  9. Sorry @Retrofrogg, I have no plans to add manual rotation. I'm a big fan of having them auto-rotate ☺️.
  10. Yes I've tested the plugin with 4k main monitor and main monitor dpi greater than 100% and a similarly sized marquee as yours. First make sure your marquee is disabled in bigbox settings so that the plugin can use it. Then double check the following settings: Disable "Fix scaling for apps->Let Windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry" under "Advanced scaling settings" in Windows Display Settings Make sure all boxes are unchecked in Properties->Compatability->Change High DPI settings when you right click on the launchbox and bigbox executables and any shortcuts to them.
  11. Another thing you should check is the setting of "Fix scaling for apps->Let Windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry" under "Advanced scaling settings" in Windows Display Settings. Enabling that is how I finally recreated the incorrect resolution reporting. With that feature disabled and also all boxes unchecked in Properties->Compatability->Change High DPI settings, I'm then able to change resolution and/or DPI scaling for the main monitor without any issues.
  12. On your LaunchBox.exe and BigBox.exe (as well as any shortcuts pointing to them), do you have either of the highlighted boxes checked in Compatibility settings?
  13. @DerSchlachter @RVS67 You both reported issues with an incorrect resolution being reported when moving to 2.0.10. Here are all my incremental revisions between 2.0.9 and 2.0.10. If you have the time to try each one until the settings app reports an incorrect resolution that would help me out a lot. Debug_releases.zip
  14. Ok, thanks. You are the second person to report that, so there's probably an issue in the plugin. Unfortunately I can't recreate it on my end. If you're willing I could send you a few different versions to try just to help me pinpoint where it started reporting the wrong resolution.
  15. Thanks. I suspect there is something unique about your setup since you are getting an incorrect resolution reported. I'll DM you a modified version that forces your correct resolution to see if that fixes the clipping issue.
  16. Sorry, which version was that (there has never been a version 2.171). I suggest you try the latest version 2.0.10. If you're still having the issue, please send a picture of what you mean about the marquees getting cropped.
  17. @Kalish777 @Johnny T Version 2.0.10 is now available with a per-screen option for blur-fill background effect. It will work for static images, animated gifs, and videos. Rotating 3-D box models will still have black backgrounds. I'm liking the new feature. Thanks for the suggestion.
  18. @inemu Also, with the plugin right now you could set the display type to "Bottom 1/2 cut off". It will then only use the top half of the monitor to display media and you could put your DMD on the bottom half if that is what you are trying to do.
  19. Hi. I do have multi-panel support on my list of things to add. Essentially it would let you treat a single monitor as multiple screens each with their own set of media to display. I'm pretty sure that would cover what you want to do with showing both the game marquee and platform clear logo on one monitor. Can't promise if/when I'll get that implemented though.
