  1. hi guys, i'm still here, i need you help one more time... I need to import some multi disk games for Amiga. I'm usings FSUAE as emulator. This is my current default name: https://i.postimg.cc/t4yMX7v3/Immagine.png In order to correctly import them in LB, is it necessary to rename them to Lemmings (disc 1).adf and Lemmings (disc 2).adf? As I have done with multi-disc games of ps1, for example. thank you!
  2. yes, done! Me too, i'm using gameboy emulator with gameboy titles. But i want to add Super Game Boy in order to play with colours some specific games released for this cartridge. I found several roms specificallly dumped in order to run with Super game Boy emulator: i'm using VIsual Boy Advance in order to emulate it (I use Byuu or Higan for Game Boy/Game boy color). I'm preparing extra files (video and snapshot) by myself for these specific games, I know that they aren't available on emumovies database unfortunately..
  3. I would like to add a new system, the Super Game Boy. This system isn't available in the defauls list, so I added it in this way. LB by default set "Scrape as Super Nintendo Entertainment system". Is it correct?
  4. I hva had same issues with Donkey Kong Land 1 & 2: I solved as you suggested many thanks!
  5. I solved the issue forcing the import...but by default it detect Lumines as Lumines II: I manually fixed it linking the game to Lumines: Puzzle fusion It's a strange issue...
  6. yes, forcing the import it work. But it is strange, It isn't a duplicate game. LB detect Lumines as a duplicate of Lumines 2.... I don't know why... many thanks!
  7. Hi I tried several times to import in LB Lumines and Lumines 2 for PPSSPP emuator, but even if LB, at the end of the process, says "2 Games imported", Lumines 2 doesn't appear in the game list. I tried to import both Lumines and Lumines 2: Lumines iso (named lfc-lumi.iso) is imported but LB detect it as "lumines 2" and named the media as "Lumines II" instead of "Lumines". And the Lumines II iso (named psy-lumi2.iso) isn't imported. So I renamed the 2 iso like "Lumines.iso" and "Lumines 2.iso". Now Lumines 2 is imported correctly, but Lumines isn't imported at all... Can you help me?Which is the problem? thanks!
  8. yeah, thanks! it works! thank you!
  9. HI, I'm using the last version of Mednafen with Mednaffe front end to emulate Lynx. Raiden needs a vertical screen: is it possible to rotate the screen? I dind't find this option in the UI of Mednaffe... thank you!
  10. hi guys, i need your help again, please I would like to rename my rom folder for Atari Lynx. Currently it is named "Lynx", but I want to rename it in "Atari Lynx". If I do it, how can I update LB? I have to re-import the romset or is there another easy way? And if I want to rename an emulator folder? For example: current name "Dreamcast" --> new name "Sega Dreamcast". What I have to do? thank you!
  11. ah ok! thanks!
  12. understood thanks! and what about the media update? How do you do for this? thank you!
  13. aaah ok ok, thanks. This is good. But it is not possible in any case, when i go in Tools --> Add roms --> set my general rom path. LB still continue to search roms in its default path \LaunchBox\Games. Ok, no problem, thank you. Another question: i noticed, sometimes, that when i try to manually change a name of an undetected game (I mean without the link to the LB ID), LB automatically start to update its media database. It means, of course, that periodically the media database is updated. In order to verify if it is availbale a new update of media database, the only way is, for example, delete the link to a LB ID and try to search again that game link: in this way LB will automatically verify if a database update is available. Is it correct? Or is there a different way? thanks!
  14. perfect, thanks. And is it possible to set a specific general rom path in LB? I mean: every time i want to add a rom, by default LB searchs in D:\LaunchBox\Games. But I have all my roms in D:\EMULATORI\ROM, so evcery time I have to manually change this path. It could be very useful to set the default rompath where to search every time... I look for it in Options but I dind't find anything about that... thanks
  15. Hi guys, hi have a couple of question: 1) in the updates folder, LB saves every .exe update file. Can I delete them, am I right? 2) If LB downloads from emumovies more than one Box Front image, it automatically choose one of them as default. Currently, if i prefer another image as Box front default, I changed the type of the image of the other file. For example, if I LB downloads 2 file as Front box: Fatal Fury_ Mark of the Wolves-01 Fatal Fury_ Mark of the Wolves-02 LB consider 02 as default, but I prefer the 01. So I changed the Image type of 02 as Front Box-Reconstructed. In this way, the 01 is my new default. Is it correct? I use this method every time I want to change the default Box front of some games. thank you
  16. ah ok! thank you, very useful!!
  17. ah! I didn't know that! it's fantastic! I reimported all my multidisc games, so now every game has only one icon, very good many thanks!
  18. Hi, i'm trying to understand how to manage Media for games with multiple disc. For example, for PSX, Parasite Eve 2 has 2 discs: if I name the 2 games like " Parasite Eve CD1 and Parasite Eve CD2, I can manage 2 different game themes, one for every disc but in this way, LB isn't able to link the game to the database and so it can download few media... If I name both the disc like "Parasite Eve II" I can link the game to the database, but i suppose that i can manage only one theme for both the disc. is it correct? thanks
  19. thanks, I deleted only all the games, but the platform "MAME" disappeared and its Playlist were still present, but empty and without a parent. I imported again the fullset without media: 2942 games (instead of 2945 so i supposed that 3 romes were removed in mame 0.221). Now I have to manually associate every plalylist to "MAME" as parent... I'm doing it, but even if I click click on every playlist and checked MAME as Parent, the playlist isn't added under "MAME". And the playlist disappeared! How can I solve this issue? I also noticed that during the import process, it duplicates all the playlist. Now I'm able to add under MAME oly "Pinball Arcade": I tried to remove duplicate playlist and remove the word "Arcade" before every playlist name. But it doesn't help. I noticed that if i remove some duplicate playlist, LB remove both the playlist", So fo example now I don't have 2 Players playlist, and so on... How can I fix this mess? thank you! EDIT: I closed and opened again LB, and now it correctly moves evey playlist under MAME. Probably there was an issue and rebooting LB it as solved. But for sure I deleted some default playlist /2 Players, etc...one). How can I re-create all the missing playlist? Have I to delete again ALL the games, import again the fullromeset and again modify the parent of every playlist, removing the duplicates? Currenlty I have these playlist but I don't know which are missig (2 Players for sure): thank you
  20. hi, i'm looking for missing game themes. I suppose that the only source that I can check is here, https://forums.launchbox-app.com/files/category/11-game-theme-videos/ correct? thank you
  21. hi, is it correct what I wrote? Is it correct the way I described to delete the platform? If so, I think that after the new fullset import, I will have to manually create again all the playlist...:( thanks!
  22. thanks. Currently I still not know how to create an auto-populate playlist and then how to convert it into a manually-populated playlist...So, in my case, I have to perform only these 3 steps now: 1) Delete all my MAME games: it means right click on the platform MAME and Delete it 2) Re import using mame full set, and uncheck both "download images from database" and "download media from emumovies" 3) Tool --> Download metadata and media, in order to download media for the added new games. Usually i update my mame romset every month, but i think that i will not do the same thing in LB too... I have a question: if I delete the MAME platform, I will loose all the playlist automatically creaded. When I will reimport all the fullset, LB will re create them again, but i think that I will have to rename all the playlist in this way, as I have done the first time. In this way I'm sure that i can take separated the Final Burn Alpha playlist from the MAME playlist. I mean, I named every MAME playlist with "Arcade" prefix, and with "FBA" prefix for Final Burn Alpha playlist. Here an example: If I delete MAME platform, do you think that I will have to rename all the playlist...again? I think so...
  23. ah...really? If so...how I can remove games not playable in 0.221?
