well in the past i tried to use retroarch, but i don't like it...it is too difficult for me to set up every emulator. Very often games aren't detected correctly an i have to create a specific roms list in order to be detected and so on... I have mame fullset but only for the arcade, i don't have consoles on mame, i'm not able to configure them. I looled for a good guide in order to do this, but i didn't find it... I will continue to use this emulator also for colecovision, is it ok in any case, even if i can't run directly games many thanks!

yeah it works, many thanks! I think that colecovision doesn't work because when i create the xml file, only Jaguar and 3DO games are detected, none of Colecovision games is detected...

many thanks! so i downloaded the 2 files _Phoenix_Rom_Launcher.au3 and _Phoenix_Rom_Launcher.exe. I have to put both in the emulator directory, am I right (Is _Phoenix_Rom_Launcher.au3 useful?) ? After that i will follow the steps creating a new backup file. Hi i'm adding my xbox 360 games in LB, with Xenia emulator. Everything it's fine, but i can' add in LB the game "Double Dragon". At the end of the process, it appears the pop up "0 games were imported succesfully". Why? Can you help me pleae? the games works correctly with xenia, so the only issue is this one... thank you

perfect, I will follow the 1st way. I will delete the Platform (right click on MAME and delete) and in this way LB will delete automatically all the games. But it doesn't delete the playlist. In order to delete them, it is better do delete them manually in this path:LaunchBox\Data\Playlists. Then full import again. Unfortunately, I see that LB creates all the playlist again but not under MAME platform as Parent: I have every time to open every playlist and modify the parent... do you know if it is possible to avoid this process or if there is a quick way to do that? thank you!

thank you, it could be really useful I updated the database. In order to update MAME fulset in LB, i could follow 2 different ways: 1) delete MAME platform and of course all its games (The playlist will not be removed automatically, I do't know why, but i can delete manually them from this path: LaunchBox\Data\Playlists). Then full import and then I have to modify all the playlist, adding them under MAME parent. In the end I select all the imported and Tools --> Download Metadata and MEdia (choosing the recommended option). or 2) Simply re-import the fullset, without importing metadata and media (I will download the missing files as described above, I mean --> select all games -> Tools --> download metadata and media --> recommended option)- I think that following the 1st way, I'm sure that I will import the complete romset without the obsolete roms. The 2nd way is for sure easier and better, but it seems that LB doesn't delete the obsolete roms... What do you suggest? thanks!

yes I'm agree, it could be very useful to know which is the current MAME version supported in LB: in this way we can know when we can update the romset in LB Do you confirm that the current supported version is 0.224? thanks

HI i have configured Phonenix as Atari Jaguar emulator. It works, but if I launch a game with LB, it doesn't start automatically. It appears the emulator screens: and so I have to double click on the game tiltle and then the POWER button in order to start the game. Is it possible to automatically start every game without these 2 steps? thanks

well, just another question: which is the best emulator for Atari 5200? I read that Altirra can emulate it. If so, which is the right configuration I have to use? My config for Atari 800 is posted above. I configured in this way: HARDWARE: 5200 SuperSystem / Video: NTSC CPU: 6502 FIRMWARE: Atari 5200 OS (4-port) BASIC: Atari BASIC Rev C It seems ok, but loading some games, it always ask me this pop up: How can I avoid this? It seems that this issue appears only loading some games... Thanks

done! Well, i tried all the buttons and the result is relly simple. Every button on my joypad is recognized with the same number in the autohotkey. I mean, for example: button 1 on joypad --> 1 on the Autohotekey button 2 on joypa --> 2 on the autohotkey and so on. Here an example: so, for example i would like to map F2 (start) on Button 10 so I configured my Autohotkey in this way: but it doesn't work

In any case, in order to add in in LB, I suppose that I have to load rom consiering the .xbe files, am I right? Another question: is it possible to map a joypad with Xenia emulator? thank, I changed the mapping but nothing happens, I still have to use the keyboard... it's strange, probably I have to use a different autokey script. And do you know why Star Raiders doesn't work with my configuration? Is there anything wrong? All the other games work perfectly. I tried .xex, .cas but they don't work. The .atr file load the title screen, but after puhsing F2, it appears a black screen...quite strange...
