To go into a bit more detail. I use the pen tool in shape mode that way I can use the fill and stroke functions. You can watch a tutorial on the functions of the pen tool and there is a website to teach you the skill of how the tool works https://bezier.method.ac/ it's not that hard to learn, it just may seem that way when you start.

I make it using the pen tool in photoshop. It takes a long time but it's really the only way to do it properly.

Another one to try https://www.whatfontis.com/ it's not as good as Whatthefont, so I only use it as a back up.

What I do is look at the other media, like the disc sleeve and title screen to get clues as to what the name should be. In this case I would just make the Kunst aus China logo.

you used to be able to see the reasons, by leaving your mouse icon still over the reasons, not sure how it works now.
