I was able to find a little bit larger image of one of the carts and then used the manual image you provided for the colors.

If you are using one of the BB standard themes this should work. Delete all the fanart images from \LaunchBox\Images\Super Nintendo Entertainment System\Fanart - Background\ Then place the image you want to use as a common background for all SNES games here: E:\LaunchBox\Images\Platforms\Super Nintendo Entertainment System\Fanart\

That's a really big question, you're going to need photoshop or another graphics program and learn how to use it, sorry if I'm not understanding the question.
