You're right, but it was just out of curiosity, since the problem sometimes shows up when I see normal videos outside of the launchbox.

In the classic mode of launchbox I inserted the videos in the details. The videos start but randomly stop for a moment to start completely changed (see attached images) and then return to normal soon thereafter. The videos are mp4, I tried changing the various settings of VLC (from forum of vlc, flickering, etc ...), I also tried to convert the files in other formats but the problem only decreases in frequency. Does anyone have any other solutions to recommend? Thank you! P.S. In Launchbox.next all is OK!

I made some logos to use on the main Launchbox screen. The file format is 256x256 because those files are also used to create any .ico files. If allowed, I would like to give suggestions / requests for the versions to follow. This is the launchbox screens as it is presented now, The next two images are launchbox with the changes that I thought:- Same color for the frames of the games - A small colored border for the selected game (same color for the selected platform). P.S. This color will be used for the other changes described. - Colored scroll bars - The inclusion in the frame of the selected game of something that indicates that the game is a combined game. In this case I used 3 squares, as there are 3 games combined. In the details bar will be reported or not (depending on the user's choice) information on these. In this case for each game I entered the region / version of the game and in the Japanese version I include the Japanese name but the user can enter the desired details. - In the event that the preview of a game is larger than some, for example the game 19xx in this case, we could use a visualization of the frames in Tiles style of Windows, in order to use more effectively the space dispinable (the only problem is to see the proportions between normal / large patterns and the spacing between them). - The ability to choose whether the images in the detail bar have a colored frame or not, which will make the edges stand out from the background of the detail bar itself. - The possibility that images in the details bar are displayed in the center of the same with predefined proportions (100%, 50%, etc. ..). I found the problem; I used my images and these were in bmp format. Convert the images, solve the problem!

Everything is selected. But nothing! In normal version of launchbox all images are visible.

I'm trying launchboxnext and I much prefer it to the normal version, but I have questions: - There is a way for games to have an equal frame for everyone. I think they normally take the main color of the image that represents them. - In the details bar I can not see the game screens (I use the title screens, gameplay, etc.). How can I view them? I managed to separate AES and MVS on two separate platforms. In AES games start in AES mode while MVS games in MVS. I did it using two different cores: fbalpha_libretro.dll (MVS) and fbalpha2012_neogeo_libretro.dll (AES). Everything seems ok, but I wonder: the two cores are different in practice and if the choices made by me are good or should I reverse them?

Is there a way to have two Neo Geo platforms, an AES and another MVS, and have each of them work in the respective way without each time going to change bios or related options? Thanks

I created my platform for Neo Geo MVS games. If the platform name (left column) is "Neo Geo [MVS]" (name chosen by me), the games will not start. If I use the LaunchBox default name (Neo Geo MVS) the games start without problems. The problem could be the use of the characters "[" and "]", because I hatto a similar thing with another platform (name without symbols) and I had no problems or there is a way to use the name from me chosen. The MAME sets work (merged), the first time I was wrong, because I had renamed zip files with the first letter of the capitalized name. Then after several attempts I discovered that the sets work only with names with the first lowercase letter. P.S. trying out the CPS-I sets I noticed that some * .nv files were created for some titles. What are? Can they be moved? Thank you!

Today I started the whole process from the beginning with calm. I tried again with the FBA sets (the last available) and work both with the only retroarch and with the retroarch under launchbox (previously I was wrong). The only thing that I noticed and that seems important to me is that when the amount of the games I do NOT have to preempt metadata from MAME, otherwise they do not start. Last thing, now the games start but the game window has the resolution of the retroarch (640x480 with my settings). How can I have the same grandma / resolution I have with FBA (768x448)? Thank you!

Just tried a rom with the set mame (not Merged) from PD and the retroarch alone works. Tomorrow I'll try the remaining sets and I'll let you know.

Is there a particular set that I should try or recommend me to try?

I have performed all the instructions found on the forums and videos on these, but nothing happens. The emulator is configured (retroarch with -L "cores \ fbalpha_libretro.dll" and core updated) and the rom (.zip) I have taken from Pleasuredome. even with the only retrarch something happens, I only get the scanned failed to load content. As I said, I followed all the instructions I found. What can it be? Thank you!

I am using retroarch for my psx titles. Everything works fine but at the bottom of the screen there is a black bar. What settings should I use to remove it. I tried trying various options but the result is not satisfactory. Thank you!

I started to use launchbox from a few and no doubt it is the program I was looking for to manage my titles. Slowly I'm learning to use it (one system at a time), but I gave rise to some of the ladies I wanted to pose, hoping that someone could bring me back.There is the possibility to remove the entries from the bar at the top right: - Launchbox.net - BigBox mode and the possibility of not seeing those registered in the premium version (I do not want to see my name in the title bar ). If for the moment these things can not be done, maybe these my questions could be taken as suggestions for the next versions. I would also have suggestions (if I can, as I said I'm still new in the use of LaunchBox): - the possibility to enlarge the detachment bars - have the possibility to deactivate the scolling with the mouse wheel and use in its place two pulnsanti (style arrows) at the top and at the bottom of the scroll bar. In detail, allow the display of images in a single box similar to the one in the game editing window. Have the ability to insert an icon / image to the left sidebar items. Change the spacing between the various bays of details, perhaps even with separators.
