Filling in Version field no longer list the version under the game name

I just imported the Japanese version of Turbo Grafx games into my TG16 platform now I want to list the Japanese using the version field but when I fill it out nothing shows up in the game list to let me know which game is which.

Hi @DOS76, finally got around to looking at this. However, versions are showing up fine for me. By chance, do you have "Show Versions" unchecked in the View menu?

I wasn't even aware of that setting I must have unchecked accidentally somewhere along the way.

I'm having some issues with the versions feature as well. This works properly in LaunchBox Mode Boxart View where the version displays after the title text below the game's boxart cover and you can hide it by unticking Show Versions (Control + R). However in the details flyout box and also the details right sidebar box the version always shows and is prefixed with a v. Show Versions has no effect here. In List View the version text displays ok (no v) but again it always shows irrespective of whether Show Versions is ticked or not. In BigBox Mode the version text never shows. Maybe the BigBox Options, Game Details needs a Show Versions tick box?

Ah, I wasn't aware of those discrepancies. Thanks @scree, hopefully I can get them fixed before the official release.

Hi Jason. Your newest beta has Version working great now in LaunchBox game details sidebar and popup - the little v is gone and Show Versions toggles ok. However, I still can't get version text to show up in BigBox Mode.

Thanks @scree. Yes, I still have Big Box versions on my list. Unfortunately it might not make it into 5.3, but hopefully soon.
