One other interesting thing to note about bulk-editing the emulator and choosing nothing - if you do this, it doesn't leave "use an emulator" checked with the emulator field blank, it actually unchecks "use an emulator". This is actually a good thing but not what I was expecting.

Blizzard games can be run bypassing the launcher, if you look inside the games folder you will find the exe for the game. Now of course you will need to be logged into battle.net alr
