DOS76
Okay then that isn't the issue then. I don't recall specifically but I believe there are permission issues if it is installed in either of the Program Files folders. You will have to wait for Jason to help you I don't know what can be causing your issue.
ptoleary
should i try to install in program files
SentaiBrad
No it is best for permissions reasons to not have LaunchBox installed in your Program Files. Preferably a second hard drive, but it's not required. A potential problem is either your firewall or antivirus is blocking LaunchBox from being able to make outbound connections. ptoleary
i run kaspersky i turned off
DOS76
Yeah like Brad said it causes permission issues I was hoping maybe you had it installed there and moving it would fix everything for you but definitely don't install it there. Also like Brad said Firewall and Antivirus would be your next best place to look.

Jason Carr
Oddly it seems like the computer can't connect at all to http://images.launchbox-app.com. Unfortunately that error message gives us no reason why either. It still seems like it's most likely a firewall or blocking issue, but I can't confirm 100%. We haven't received reports of this issue from anyone else, so unfortunately I have to assume it's an issue with the machine itself. Perhaps there's another firewall you might have missed?
