Updating Retroarch

Hey i would like to update my retroarch version, is there a option to update it in the software like in launchbox ? Or do i have to download a new version from the site ? And if yes what should i do to not lose my settings ?

Is it just me or the retroarch nightly is not including all the files (like retroarch.exe) in the last builds ?

Yeah I read on their forums its a known issue with the buildbot. Should be resolved soon.

Yeah I have been using it for a while with no issues at all. But of course I won't be held responsible if anything goes wrong!!!!!!!!!!!

All it does is overwrite the .exe with the newer version. It does not touch your config files.
