cincypete Posted February 23, 2017 Share Posted February 23, 2017 Hi all. New member and just bought the premium. I am setting up a dedicated machine and cant seem to access the BigBox menu. SentaiBrad Posted February 23, 2017 Share Posted February 23, 2017 Close down BigBox and open up your LaunchBox/Data folder. Make a copy of your BigBoxSettings.xml, and then delete the original. This will reset your settings, and I assume keyboard and controller keys. It will generate a new one when you reopen BigBox. Let me know if that fixes the issue. Grila Posted February 23, 2017 Share Posted February 23, 2017 I feel ya, I went through the same thing Monday. Updated to the latest beta and the problem started. I tried deleting settings, reinstalling, installing to a different directory, etc. I was pulling my hair out until I finally tried a restart and viola.
