heelsinc
Posted a bunch of stuff to the DB and one of my submissions as 2 approvals and 1 rejection. Just wondering if there is a way to know why that moderator rejected it so I can go fix it.
SentaiBrad
Not until it's been fully rejected. Then an icon will appear for it, and when you hover over it it tells you.
heelsinc
k follow up question... How long after they show up in the DB until they are able to import to LB? Some of the games I added have hit the DB but when I went to download the Metadata for them there was still no listing showing.
SentaiBrad
So the entries need to be approved on the Database first, then it should (though sometimes not) be pushed to LB that night at around midnight PST (again, sometimes it's the following day), then you need to update your Metadata XML in LB. To do this, edit a game and click the search box to have it ping the database (If a game is attached to an ID, it'll be a blue link, and if it's not the blue link will be the search button). It will then ask you to update the package, and if your update was approved for that nights update, it should be in there. All in all, it should take about 24-48 hours after approval. Freestate
We need an easy way to see all the rejections in a section with notifications to manage them.In the actual way don't work very well. We can't manage all the contributions one by one, is a really nasty task. Edited June 1, 2017 by Freestate

Enverex
The lack of appeal is a problem too. I had 4 approvals and 5 rejections on a new game, with the rejections claiming it was a duplicate of another game (which it wasn't, it was a different game). SentaiBrad
Or a way for people who are rejecting it on the basis of duplication to give a link to the database entry it is a duplicate of. It can easily go in any direction, the submitter's or moderator's could either be at fault in that situation.
Enverex
That wouldn't really help, in this instance they did provide a link to the "duplicate". Except it was actually a different game with a similar name. Maybe a comments section on the submission itself for new games would be useful (like there is for individual content).
Freestate
We need a way to see only rejected entries and messages. With the current status nobody's checking the messages and rejections @Jason Carr. I'm really tired of rejecting Chavez and Final Fantasy VI on snes.
