Lordmonkus
Run it once with the following command line parameters and it should automatically put them in the config file for you. Or you can just look in the config for each of the settings in the "ss" section of it. -ss.scanlines 40 -ss.special nn2x -ss.stretch aspect_int -video.driver opengl -video.glvsync 0 -video.blit_timesync 0 -ss.input.port1 3dpad -cd.image_memcache 1 -ss.cart auto
SentaiBrad
Given that long string of command lines, I think Mednafen inside of RetroArch is much easier. Wow
Lordmonkus
lol, it is but the RA core still doesn't support analog controllers

Lordmonkus
No idea if this will get you what you want but here's my settings for that section of the config.
johnnyskullhead
Does that config give you full screen on a 1080 p display ?
Lordmonkus
Yes. If the games are launching in windowed mode you may have to fullscreen it with Alt + Enter once but it should stay that way after closing it out.

Deejus679
I was struggling with this myself. It was easy changing the emulator to full screen by using Alt + Enter, the challenge was to get the video game screen itself to play in full screen as well. Though the solution was staring me in the face, I just didn't quite understand the adjustment that needed to be made. I finally I got it to work though. 1. Edit the medfaden.cfg file 2. Look for the line :3. Change to 4. Save

Muadib17
So does the full screen change from aspect in the files work for sure?

Mine did not, although I'm still also using -ss.scanlines 40 -ss.special nn2x -ss.stretch aspect_int -video.driver opengl -video.glvsync 0 -video.blit_timesync 0 -ss.input.port1 3dpad -cd.image_memcache 1 -ss.cart auto as per LordMonkus's post at the top...I'm not sure what I'm supposed to remove, but I'm guessing ss.stretch aspect_int - I'll try and report back for future readers.
