Mike10101
Hey mate I'm trying to build a collection of systems using launchbox as the front end and retrorach as the main emulator and while doing research on how to get things going I noticed this video by you if you pause it at the very start you can see the systems you have emulated and I noticed you have Atomiswave I just had a few questions if you have the time. 1: are Atomiswave roms also called sega naomi because on a place where you can get the roms beginning with P, I cant find any listed under Atomiswave I'm also a bit hesitant to download from there due to downloading a cps3 set only to find they were all bin and cue files and didnt work in retroarch even if I manually rar'd them up? and again about sega naomi if they are separate roms what emulator would they need. 2: Is there a core for Atomiswave in retroarch or is demul the only option and since demul is a dreamcast emulator does that mean all atmomiswave games are available on the dreamcast? 3: Is there any Arcade rom collection that is more of a best of instead of just having to import thousands of games that will never be used , I know best of in terms of games is subjective but maybe there is something out there. I currently have a fba set which I was gonna import into LB but it also has many of the games I have in my neo geo and cps system sets, so if you could give any thoughts or tips that would be sweet. Cheers for any advice you can give, I'm new to emulation so I'm slightly over my head but things are not going too bad , this is what I have so far all working with cover art> Thanks again I hope you can make some sense of these convoluted questions lol. DOS76
Sammy Atomiswave is one of the arcade boards that is supported in Demul and it probably isn't part of the Naomi set your best bet to get these would be a full set of non-merged or split MAME ROMs to make this easier @SentaiBradhas created a .bat file to copy the roms needed for many of the supported boards you can find the bat here. 2 Atomiswave does not have a core in RA and Demul is the only way I know to emulate it. No Because the emulator emulates Saturn and Atomiswave that doesn't correlate into Atomiswave games being Dreancast games. 3 There is a No filler .bat file like the one linked above that is considered to be a very good list of games which is also available in the forums download section. You still need the full rom set to extract the games from though Edited June 3, 2017 by DOS76

A final thing do you know about the emulation of any of the more modern arcade boards like taito x and sega Lindbergh, ring systems etc? Cheers.
