Example I downloaded the packets for emumovies.com And placed them where it say to put the files. But when I import the games it wants to download the packages again. I am try to get Nec Turbografx-CD to work I got everthing downloaded and am using retroarch but it will not boot the CD. So every time I try to change things I have to download the packets again.
