DOS76
Yeah I know it supports other files but I've never used anything but the MAME ROMs.
DOS76
Wait is this for Dreamcast or an Arcade game if its for Dreamcast it should be easy to use GDI. What is your disc plugin set to?

NJDave71
Been using Nulldc Stand alone. Best emulator for DC so far.
Lordmonkus
NullDC is decent but Demul is the better overall emulator. Both emulators have their flaws though. Demul is more accurate and runs more games while NullDC is less of a pain to setup and runs faster on less hardware.
DOS76
If they are in .zip format they will have to be unpacked and then point LB to the .gdi file or you can go to the manage emulators section of LB and edit demul check the option to load archives. lino11
I'm a total noob and it took little effort to get Demul to work. It runs Dreamcast flawlessly for me, I'm still so blown away. I'm at the point where if I see a flaw or a game won't run, I'll be surprised and assume it's the game file.

You say this option: "Extract rom file before executing" .

lino11
Maybe try getting a .cdi instead. a .cdi should just be one single file per disc. Do a google search for "resident evil 3 nemesis RDC" and i'm pretty sure those are single file .cdi Edited October 22, 2017 by lino11

lino11
If you have 3 bin + 1 gdi, I think it has to be compressed into 1 gdi file. Because your gdi is only 1kb. I don't think that's right and the emulator is trying to run that gdi file. Look for another download that is 1 single gdi file. Or 1 bin + 1 cue

Ou 1 bin + 1 cue lol, opened the .gdi 1kb! 2 hours ago, lino11 said: Se você tiver 3 bin + 1 gdi, acho que tem que ser comprimido em 1 arquivo gdi. Porque seu gdi é apenas 1kb. DOS76
Okay to set a few things straight here you can use .gdi files for Demul they need to have all of the other .bin files that are there in the same folder with the gdi to work there is no need to find .cdi although they also do work in Demul
NJDave71
My fist game was sonic adventures and it only ran under Nulldc. If something change with demul over the past year I am not aware.
DOS76
Don't know if that is your ROM or maybe your plug in settings for GD-ROM the but Sonic Adventure works in Demul. I'm using gdrImage type because that also lets you use .cdi files. If you use gdrCHD it will also work for .gdi but .cdi will come up as no disc in the system if your use gdrDEMUL it won't launch the .gdi games and I've since removed all of my .cdi and can't currently test that out.
