That was actually the very first thing I tried, but Windows Update told me I was already up to date, so I dismissed it as the problem. I even checked Services to ensure it was actually running. DOS76 Posted March 12, 2019 Share Posted March 12, 2019 In Windows press window key+r in the run box type winver what version of Winodows 10 does it say you have? If you don't update and more than 18 months go by then the build will no longer be supported (Assuming you aren't using Enterprise or LTSB builds).
