aydmblaze
I'm using the RASnes9x emulator (basically Snex9x with RA overlay from the RetroAchievements website) and I have a problem that is not present in the plain Snes9x emulator. I have the -fullscreen argument set in LaunchBox. The emulator launches in full screen, however the menu bar at the top of the screen is always visible. The only way to get rid of it is to hit Alt + Enter twice. Esc doesn't work as that brings up the Achievements overlay. Anyone have an idea? This is the last step for me to have perfect integration of RASnes9x with LaunchBox.
neil9000
That page on the retro achievement's site seems to be down so I cant test, but isn't there just a fullscreen option inside of the emulator itself?
DOS76
never used it why don't you just use RetroArch snes9x core that works with retroachievements in LB already.

Yeah but it produces the same issue. 6 minutes ago, DOS76 said: never used it why don't you just use RetroArch snes9x core that works with retroachievements in LB already. I suppose I could do that. I'll have to spend some time learning how to set it up.
Retro808
In the Display Options tick the box for Emulate Fulscreen. Not the one that just says Fullscreen. Also keep the -fullscreen command line. This works on mine. If it does not open the snes9x.conf and edit the line for hidemenu to "True"
aydmblaze
I tried those but it didn't work. It's really weird that this happens in the RA version of the emulator but not the original one.
neil9000
I'm not even sure if it is the Retroarch version, I think the RA in the name is simply for Retro Achievements.
