Can't use third party Xbox One Controller

hi there i have a preminum license subscription for launchbox, i have emulator and games in my launchbox folder but i can't use the controller in the games, doesn't work. i have a third party xbox one controller but it functions like an official one. does anyone know how to setup a third party controller in the configuration in LaunchBox?

You need to setup your controller in the emulators to control games, Launchbox has no control over that.

Okay have you enabled the controllers in LB? Like Neil said if the issue is with the games specifically then that is going to be on the emulator side of things.

tried using my xbox one s controller that i use for my xbox one but still doesn't work ingame. is there something i need to do or am i doing something wrong?

You have to setup your controller inside of whatever emulator you are trying to use for the games you are running. As I said Launchbox has to control over what the emulators do control wise, so open the emulator and set your controls up in it first, then run a game.

thanks, i got it working, i didn't configure it in both launchbox and bigbox.
