@dbalcar Yes, I believe so, but it should be fairly rare. I assume it's happening in OG LaunchBox?

I will need to see if I see it again.  If I do I will post a update.  So far I have only seen it once.

Same error has happened to me multiple times over the last few days.  I imported a bunch of Xbox games into Launchbox.  The missing cover art, I edited and then would run into this error about half of the time.  If I shut down LB and started up again it would normally not reappear.  Thanks.
