new 3D box art not showing help please

hi all

i have new 3D boxes for arcade/mame but me old 3D boxes are still showing even tho i have delete them and put my new ones in for BB in LB they show ok just not in BB.

Go to options/image cache and refresh it.

Then you may need to change the image type used in BigBox,  I think it's in Options/Views.

in useing minimalx ver 5.5 theme that shows box art after a few seconds but not showing new box art only old art.

tryied that and didnt work.

If you've deleted your 3D boxes and added your new ones and the new ones show in LaunchBox but BigBox is still showing the old, now deleted ones, then BigBox has the old ones cached.
In BigBox go to Options, Images Cache and refresh all images.
If the old images still show, then close and restart BigBox and see if the new ones now show.

still not working it something to do with the theme caching the images.
