Bobby brain Posted October 4, 2019 Posted October 4, 2019 Is there any way this will work with bluetooth ps4 controller? I'm having a hard time getting it to connect or work properly. I'm running windows 10. And my windows picked it up but when I tried to config it on bigbox it wont move unless I connect it with the wire. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Quote

Hi Bobby, I'm testing with mine and not seeing any issues. Do you have any controllers listed in your controller settings? Quote

This is honestly the best place to troubleshoot. I'm going to put out a beta later today that might help, so hold up for a bit and we'll test it. Quote

That is a emulator issue, you are missing required files. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-performance/msvcp140dll-is-missing-in-my-win-10/1c65d6b0-68b8-4b59-b720-3e6a33038389 1 Quote
Jason Carr Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Hi Bobby, that issue is specific to the PCSX2 emulator, which doesn't look to be installed properly. You will probably need to re-download/reinstall PCSX2. The new beta is out; you can update to the beta by going to Tools > Options > General > Updates in LaunchBox and checking the box to update to beta releases. Uncheck the box for background updates and then restart LaunchBox and you should be prompted to update. Quote
Bobby brain Posted October 7, 2019 Author Posted October 7, 2019 (edited) It's working but I have to remap the buttons. Works fine if wire is connected. Does bluetooth works for this? The start button is L2 Edited October 7, 2019 by Bobby brain Quote
Jason Carr Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 BlueTooth does work, but we have seen some complications with it for some people. Are you using DS4Windows? If not, DS4Windows fixes a lot of issues with PS4 controllers, so I would recommend downloading and installing that. See if you can get it working that way. 1 Quote
Bobby brain Posted October 8, 2019 Author Posted October 8, 2019 (edited) No I was just using windows. With no program. I'll get ds4windows. But thank you for the awesome work and help. That beta is working great and I can get some playing time. Just needs to remap the trigger buttons. For start and select. Edited October 8, 2019 by Bobby brain 1 Quote
