Jason Carr Posted September 21, 2020 Share Posted September 21, 2020 Yeah, we've done some testing, and we have yet to confirm that any corrupted video files have been cause for a Big Box crash. It's still possible that a video file could be corrupted in a very specific way and then cause VLC or WMP to crash Big Box, but as of yet we have not been able to replicate or find any of those files. I'm having the same problem Since this post, there have been others where the majority of the issue stems from poorly made, old video files. Tests you may want to run on your video files include: Removing any flv files - test Remove all your videos - test Reintroduce videos per platform - test and repeat You'll want to test inbetween each step, running attract mode, using the default Big Box theme.
