Platform Category clear logo's

Hi,

sorry if this is the wrong place for this question but I am not sure where else to post it.

I have created an "American Laser Games" platform category but when in BigBox the title for the platform category is just plain white text.

I would like to change this for a logo.

I have tried adding a .PNG file to the relevant folder but BigBox does not use it or recognise it.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated,

Did you name the png exactly as the platform is named in your set-up?

Also make sure to refresh the image cache in BigBox settings.

I have indeed named the .PNG file exactly as the Platform Category is named.

I have just refreshed all cached images and it still isn't displaying my .PNG logo!

Any more ideas my friend?

Other platforms show the logo correct?

Can you provide some pics.

1. Show an image in BB of what you see.

2 An image inside the folder showing the file. Also show the file path if possible.

You need a "Clear Logo" folder inside that "American Laser Games" folder.

Open up LaunchBox, go to the Sidebar and make sure you're in Platform Category view. Find the category in question, right click on it and select edit. On the right hand side of the window that just opened up is where you view and add images for this category. Drag the image you want to that box if it isn't there already (or use the Add Image button). Then set the image type to clear logo. Press OK to save. Then clear cache in Big Box and try again.
