Platform icons not showing in Launchbox 12.14

Hi there,

 

I am running Lauanchbox 12.14 but the platform icons are not showing up in the left hand pane.  Is this an option that needs to be turned on?  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks.

That's exclusive to the default plus theme.

That's the weird thing.  I have that running right now (and have even reinstalled and repaired) but it fails to show up...

Probably best to ask on that theme's support thread. @faeran would be the best to help ya. I'm not sure without digging into the theme where those icons need to be so that you can verify no files are missing or named incorrectly.

The icons in that theme should just show up.

Make sure you go into Tools > Manage LaunchBox Themes

Chose Default Plus, downloaded any updates, and apply the theme.

Still no joy. :-( Everything is in the right place directory-wise, so don't know what's happening.  Thnaks for all the suggestions so far though.
