Cool collection. Hi. Thanks for sharing, that's a lot of games. I hope I have time to get the items I'm interested in before a change of ownership, hehe. I downloaded the Xbox 360. But I think those are only the OG Xbox games, in any case, not the ones on your Xbox 360 list.

Im just getting back to my Launcbox after about 5 years so please excuse the noob question. 

Is this somehow a way to upload these lists and categories to my own install or is there another way to use this info?

I had a look at this briefly and it appears so. There's nothing definitive to add in the way of a standalone emulator or games, at least that I could see.
