Something like this: <TextBlock Text="{Binding RelativeSource={RelativeSource FindAncestor, AncestorType={x:Type coverFlow:FlowContext}}, Path=DataContext.Title}" /> Just make sure the FlowImage that contains your main image inside of your wheel has a CreateFallbackImage property set to False.
