C-Beats Posted April 3, 2023 Share Posted April 3, 2023 Can you rerun the installer over your current setup? This won't overwrite data, just make sure you aren't installing a LaunchBox folder INSIDE of your LaunchBox folder in the installer. C-Beats Posted April 19, 2023 Share Posted April 19, 2023 Can you navigate to \\LaunchBox\Core\BigBox.dll and right click and select properties and post a grab of what that window looks like? We had one user do so and their DLL info didn't match what I see for that install. Trying to confirm my suspicions that the DLL file is getting corrupted somehow.
