I’m not sure where to find it, but I can see if I can come up with something similar. Will make it easier on myself and look for a similar background visualizer effect on Envato Elements.

Well, I went ahead and tried to duplicate the Teknoparrot marquee from Arcade Adam's video:
 

Also, I looked back and saw your request for the Metal Slug series. So, I started with the first game:
 

I used a chromatic aberration effect on the footage, kinda going for a "CRT Feel," but is it too much? Feel like I might need to tone it down a bit.

I'll try to get the other games done throughout the week as long as I have time. If people want to leave suggestions for platforms (especially platforms) or games that need doing, I'm willing to slowly try and get them done. Might be a way for me to actually start doing more of these.

Went ahead and made Video Marquees for Metal Slug 2 and 3 as well. Will have more for 4,5,6,7, and X coming. Am busy doing renovations around the house, but will pop these out as I have time.
