Potwizz
Hey! I am using Big Box with custom game art for box fronts (from Steamgriddb) all with a resolution of 600x900, I get inconsistent sizes for different platforms has shown in the pictures. I've tried several options, but nothing changes it. What I can guess is it has to do with the original box art for each platform, for it happens with all the platforms that used different aspects to the shape of the steam banners. Like 64 boxes, DS, Gameboy, etc. But it works fine for the platforms with the modern box shapes like Wii, Gamecube, Playstation 2, etc. because interestingly all artwork is the same size if games are grouped together from different platforms (in playlists or viewing all games). Of course I want all platforms to be the size seen in the last two pictures, rather than the squeezed ones in the first two. Any way to fix this? Both of the images where you have smaller boxes are platforms that would usually have horizontal boxes and not vertical ones, so my guess is that theme is hard coded for that style of box, so its likely a aspect ratio issue. Yes, that has been my suspicion to. And if it is hard coded, I suppose there isn't any options to change it? This is the default theme. C-Beats
@Potwizz What I'd do is copy the Default folder in \\LaunchBox\Themes to another folder and rename it, then you can just remove the platform views and run the theme and it should use the default layout that doesn't do that. Yeah, you'll need to do this. You can essentially delete all the folders inside of the theme's Views folder. That should solve it for you with the custom theme. Basically these 3 folders, delete theme: LaunchBox\themes\[custom theme name]\Views\Wall2GamesView LaunchBox\themes\[custom theme name]\Views\Wall4GamesView LaunchBox\themes\[custom theme name]\Views\WallGamesView The theme is created in a way to utilize the original box artwork and you are seeing what you are seeing because you are chosen to use the artwork from SteamGridDb.
