Reaper978
I found a number of sites by searching on google that had information about using games that have multiple discs. I also found this video and I noticed that he doesn’t make mention of anything like .PBP files or .m4a files. His method of accessing different discs seems straightforward enough, but how would it actually work? When I am prompted to switch discs, do I just save and then open the game in the next disc in LaunchBox?

Reaper978
Ok. What emulator would you recommend for multi-disc games for PS2? I tried 2048_libretro in RetroArch and it didn’t work properly. I also tried checking “use m3u playlists” when using PCSX2 and got an error message when launching a multi-disc PS2 game. Also, I set up the PSX and Saturn emulators as instructed in the previous post's video. Is there any way to verify that disc switching will actually work when it's time to switch discs in the game? C-Beats
PS2 the only emulator you should ever be using is PCSX2
DeadVoivod
For PSX you can also merge multi disc iso or pbp files into one big single pbp file instead of having multiple files, using psx2psp tool.
