floodie
Hi everyone. So I have a solid arcade build i have been working on for years. Over the weekend i have managed to get an equally solid Light gun only build. I would like to incorporate this light gun build into my existing blood sweat and tears build but of course a little scared of messing up my main build. Anyone have any advice on the best full proof way of merging the 2 without causing havoc!?.. thanks muchly for your times in advance

Files you are looking for are in \\LaunchBox\Data\Platforms and \\LaunchBox\Data\Playlists. I'd ensure you have that folder backed up before doing so. floodie
hi CBeats - Yes this is kinda what i did, carefully.. i did back up my main drive first just in case. I replicated exactly the other build and it worked but did take some time, as expected of course
Starbuck
I didn't copy to a new drive I simply made new roms folders using the No-into folders names in my games directory.. I then went into manage and changed the roms folder to the new folders for each system. Unfortunyately it kept the rom names from the old folders and added the roms from the new folders creating duplicates and way more roms then are in the new folders. Should I simply kill the old playlista=s and when i restart Launchbox, it will make new playlists. Of course I will back up the old playlist folder.
