I've seen this topic pop up many times over the years (not limited to the linked topics below) and there's never a resolution, mods and developers stop responding and the topic dies.

Yeah @wallmachine if you notice all those posts are over 3 years old at this point. I know some of the processes HAVE been touched since then and would assume any report that old of something as critical as our import process would have definitely been corrected by then. That being said, it IS a possibility. It's why I'm attempting to work through the issue. To identify if we have a problem in our process or not.
