Anyone else getting a lot of unexpected errors while moderating the queue?

Ugh.. thanks for the heads up. Bad record snuck in again. I removed it so should help with that.

Now that I know what causes the errors correcting it isn't too bad. Finding out why it's happening in the first place is the bigger issue that needs addressed.

I'm getting them as well, last couple days it seems to have gotten worse
