dmaker Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago How do I get it so that when I exit bigbox that it actually shuts down completely? Right now it is closing but remaining as a background process and I have to use task manager to end it. This is an htpc build and having to reach for a keyboard to cancel that process is not great. I don't have it configured to close to system tray or anything like that. Quote
JoeViking245 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Note that both LaunchBox and Big Box after closing/exiting, by design, does do work in the background to save data (aka, save any changes and create backups of changes to your Data folder). Depending on the size of your build, what changes were made [and to a degree, your system specs] this may take upwards of a couple minutes. But typically, shouldn't take that long. Quote
dmaker Posted 6 hours ago Author Posted 6 hours ago Thank you. I will give it a few mins and see if it disappears from background process. 1 Quote
