Launchbox Won't Open

The other day Launchbox locked up and crashed. Now it won't open. actually, it tells me that another instance of it is running. That's not true. I went into Task Manager and there it was and I hit End Task. But it still says there's another instance running. Do I have to delete and reinstall and rebuild my libraries all over again?
