A 16:9 overlay/bezel for Super Mario Bros. 3 (NES) it comes with two different styles this one and other with only the background curtains 

You can use it with retroarch or launchbox via a retroarch core. Unzip into the overlays folder in retroarch to use

If anyone have any questions or have a issue with the overlay feel free to comment.
