Turns out I could set an initial width for columns, thanks for the quick reply. -
Any way to have a platform clear logo or something in the top-right where there's a Steam/GOG icon? It's also annoying that it doesn't remember the column-sizes in ListView and I have to resize one of them every time I change platform.

Default-K View File A minimalist theme. Make a good color-theme from your preferred image (Visuals->Backgrounds->Default)(Visuals->Main Window Theme->Colors), I recommend disabling all options in Media->Background Priorities because many games' backgrounds will obscure text.
