Hello. Can someone help me. I cant launch certain platforms. Sega Naomi, Atomiswave, N64, and Dreamcast. Wont launch. Snes, genesis, nes, launch fine. I can open retroarch. And all play fine. By right clicking and "open retroarch"

Hello every one i need some help. I have MAME. 222. But I cannot enable HLSL. But My .175 Mame has HLSL enabled. Ive read plenty of forums. Ive cpoied my mame.ini from .175 to .222. No luck. Im pretty sure that my directx9 is up to date. Cus all my older mames have HLSL. Ni matter what I do. In game when hitting the TAB button. I have no extra sliders. Just volume and contracs and the rest. Please help. What am i doing wrong?
