    It's looking awesome! Much appreciated! I only now noticed an very slight issue with the 3D box option that seems to only be affecting the platinum hits boxes. If it is turned off it looks as it should but if turned on the 3D will be there but the outline for the platinum hits box will will be present. here is a video of it since I'm not sure I'm making sense lol 2025-09-12 16-30-25.mkv

    Hey ! testing through the update and everything is lookin good! I will admit I miss the old Coverbox Fragment Xbox Game Details Screen but other then that I love it especially the 360! that's some premium stuff there. Good work!

    Of course! glad to hear you're not overworking yourself, be sure to pace yourself and take breaks and make sure to get some gaming in where you can haha. Once again truly appreciate the hard work and the quality of the work I love the new views for DS and 3DS! I mean I have been loving all the updates thus far haha. I just found sometime to do some testing! Only issues I have noticed at least on my end is video snaps not playing for 3DS and DS. Everything else is working great! Awesome work and great update!

    Of course, man! No worries at all. I really appreciate everything you do for this little hobby of ours I know a lot of others feel the same. Thanks for always taking the time with my requests, it really means a lot! But honestly, don’t ever feel like you have to just do whatever you’re comfortable with. This is a free project we’re all lucky to enjoy, and I appreciate it no matter what. I’m excited for all the future updates and fixes I saw the new views on Patron and they’re looking great!

    Hey King, Sorry for the late reply! Honestly, it’s no problem I’m happy to help. Video game collecting is one of my biggest hobbies, so having everything organized and displayed with style is really important to me. Plus, I can see how much work you’ve been putting into this, all while I’m sure you’ve got a full-time job or at least a life outside of LaunchBox, lol. I’m more than happy to pitch in! That’s also why I became a patron I know how hard it is to create things, and I like showing support for projects I think are worth it. Besides, I kind of do this stuff for a living, haha. Anyway, I just tested it: gameplay snaps are working, but only with WMP playback FFMPEG isn’t working for me. So no need to redo the grids! Thanks for keeping such an open line of communication and for the quick fixes, it’s much appreciated. The only other thing I’ve noticed is that I’m still not getting sound from the console videos. Not a huge deal I can just drop in some neat synth music for browsing but figured it was worth mentioning.

    No worries at all, happy to help test! I’m pretty sure I’m just using the default global settings, but I can post my settings here if it helps. I can also share logs if that would be useful for troubleshooting. I did try entering a game list that falls back to the default theme, and the snaps work fine there with both video and sound—so it seems to be specific to the custom theme setup. Let me know if posting my settings/screens would make things easier on your end!

    Hey, thanks for following up and for all the work you’ve been putting into testing the theme! To clarify on my end: the video snaps simply aren’t playing at all in the game list view. It’s not showing a black screen, it’s just as if no video is being triggered, the space remains sblank with no playback and no audio its like I dont have a video available for that game. This is specifically happening with the gameplay video snaps; platform videos themselves seem fine. So far I’ve noticed: Game list view → no gameplay snap video loads or plays (not black, just nothing playing). Platform view → platform videos do still play normally. Hopefully that helps narrow things down.

    Confirmed the video snap playback and audio seems to only be an issue with this theme. I am also missing clear logos for platforms and platform category's for some reason as well. The BG music isnt your theme though that is just launchbox being weird right now

    Yeah I will have to wait until they fix the issues going on with ffmpeg because it is borked right now. I'll still keep up with testing your new updates though, the BG music and video sound, and video snap playback are just messed up atm.

    Glad to see you’re back, my friend! This is looking fantastic. I’ve been using a mix of your Fragments and Nostalgia themes (with Mini Console filling in for systems not covered) for a while now, and I think this will definitely be the way I browse LaunchBox from here on out. I’m really loving the presentation—clean, stylish, and super functional. Great job as always! The only “issue” I’ve run into is that, for some reason, the videos don’t have any sound. If that’s intentional, no worries I can always set up background music for scrolling instead. oh and I am crashing every time I try to open bigbox now Update stopped crashing after logging out and in to my computer. but I noticed the video snaps aren't working for games.

    Hey @Saieno Had a quick question! Is there any way to change the color of the Start up title splash for each platform? for instance the Switch is red would it be possible to make it red and blue, or make the jaguar black instead of red?

    Is anyone else having issues with Pause and start-up themes since updating? I only get the default start-up and pause themes in Bigbox even though I have the Pulse Startup and pause themes applied?

    Looks fantastic! No real criticisms as far as I can see. Looks really authentic as usual! The only thing I can see for the Windows/PC Games/Steam Game Details View The user should be able to see fanart or banners. I am not sure which is which in the example but if users do not have a background a banner gets used and vice versa so there's no blank space unless they have neither.

    Hey, @Saieno just wrapped up testing each view, there has been a noticeable performance improvement on the Nintendo views i.e. Famicom, NES, etc. Haven't run into any other issues so far related to this update or otherwise. So smooth sailing with this update so far. Text details seem to all function correctly as well. The only view I couldn't test is the Amiga as I do not own any Amiga games.

    @SaienoEnjoying the new update so far! Impressed with the SNK CD view. Still in the middle of testing. I have noticed issues with the Famicom and Super Famicom views so far. The boxes aren't showing up only the carts.

    Absolutely brilliant, You really seem to have a good eye for this stuff. I'm excited with every update you post. I'm really looking forward to seeing all this and more! Congrats on making it to the first page on the highest-rated creations in the community by the way! This is an ambitious project so I'm sure I speak for everyone what I say we really appreciate the work you do and how responsive you are to feedback! Thanks for all your work on this really makes my collection and others pop and I'm sure others agree.
