@Clutz450 Seems like you've lost ownership of your files, try using this powershell command (run as admin) on the directory where you keep your roms icacls Z:\ROMS /reset /t /c /l "Z:\ROMS" is just an example for the path of the directory containing your ROMs. Let me know if it works.
