Yes this is the one, never happened before. File Size is likely the problem. Google says "The "The operation couldn't be completed. Inappropriate file type or format" error when trying to open a zip file typically indicates that the file is corrupted, incomplete, or that the system's default tools are not compatible with the file's specific type or structure."
