  1. Nothing changed from our end or on the EmuMovies servers, so most likely it was just some kind of hiccup between your location and the server on the Internet. Not sure what else might have been happening. We've had many, many people downloading successfully, so I don't really get it.
  2. That's certainly odd. What are the names of your platforms that you've tested?
  3. Potentially, though that does complicate matters. Please hit us up via email.
  4. We just put out 12.11 to fix the issues with the free version as well as a couple of other minor bugs and the above color issue. Thanks all!
  5. Thanks, yes. We discovered this shortly after release, that it crashes for free users. We're planning on putting a bugfix release out tomorrow to resolve it. Sorry for the trouble.
  6. What version of LaunchBox are you running? Where did it get stuck in the process?
  7. Certainly odd. Have you tried updating your video drivers?
  8. Most likely this was caused by a bug with a previous version, I think. There actually isn't a way to refresh the cache on Android (because the cache doesn't really work that way). To fix it, you should be able to delete the platform, but choose the option not to delete any media. Then just re-import the platform, and all the media should show up. Let me know if that doesn't fix the issue. If it doesn't, then we probably have a bug that I'm unaware of.
  9. 12.10-beta-8 is out now with a hopeful fix for the Big Box issues people have been seeing. We're hoping that this beta will be the release candidate, so any extra testing that anyone can do would be appreciated, especially regarding the Big Box issues reported above, the LaunchBox themes manager, and the new EmuMovies API.
  10. Ah, thanks for catching this. We just put out a new beta with the release notes included (so they're now in the packages as well). Thanks much; I have this updated in the beta 7 release, which just came out.
  11. Beta 6 is out now as well to address some minor issues with the new version of the EmuMovies API.
  12. Beta 5 is out now with support for the new EmuMovies API. It should solve all previous EmuMovies issues (including performance issues). However, it is in beta, so there may be a bug or two to resolve.
  13. The old API does appear to be working better now than it was before. That said, we will be releasing a new beta later today that uses the new API, and should fix all issues.
  14. Hey all, it's that time again. We're hoping to release the next official version of LaunchBox this coming Tuesday. If you guys can get translations updates in, it would be very much appreciated! @Kondorito @Cauptain @Nyny77 @Opak @dukeemu @cyanjiang @Just001Kim @MajKSA @gamehacker @alexposad @k_kutsugi @Bardock @Soomin papa
  15. RULLUR received a warning for the post of his that I just deleted. This goes for everyone. We're not looking for social justice warriors here. We want this community to be open, honest, and free. It's true that not everyone always responds in the nicest of ways. That can always be improved. But what we do NOT need is people commenting on these things and causing further drama by calling the situation out. Most people in this community could stand to have a small dose of humble pie, myself and the moderators included. Please do your best practice some humility instead of spreading further drama and attempting to win fights.
  16. Wow, okay. That's not happening for me on my network. Unfortunately the Shield is obviously still a mess right now with their terrible firmwares. Hopefully it's a bug that they'll fix...eventually...?
  17. Just checked again and confirmed that the NAS locations do show up just fine for me on my Shield, when importing games. Where are you trying to browse for the NAS locations in LaunchBox?
  18. We've never specifically implemented that, so no, I don't believe that is supported. This is the very first time that I know of that we've received the request, so it is not currently planned. It would be best to create a feature request for it under Help & Support at the top of this site.
  19. That is very good to know, thanks.
  20. We did make code changes in the latest versions of LaunchBox for more performant EmuMovies downloads. That is easy to figure out, as it's in our change logs. Those changes worked just fine for a while with the EmuMovies servers, but something happened on EmuMovies' end that has caused lots of trouble as of late. The issues are likely exacerbated by the fact that we are now taxing EmuMovies servers more than we were before, but these issues were not caused by the recent LaunchBox code changes, which is clear because everything worked great for a while after the 12.8 release (which contained the more parallel downloads update). Regardless, we're not here to place blame. We are looking for a solution, and we're working together with EmuMovies on it. We will have an official announcement/update out before the end of the day.
  21. The easiest way to do this currently would be to just export from your desktop collection.
  22. Yes, we do have plans to implement those platforms. Thanks for the heads-up on the zip file option. Yes, this is possible, but we had something similar implemented previously and it was cause for confusion. So we may add it in eventually, but it'll probably be a while.
  23. We are currently working with EmuMovies to fix these issues ASAP. The issues are on EmuMovies' side, but it doesn't help that we made changes recently that are taxing their servers more. We should have an official update out soon.
